What does the Coding Lead do?

Ok, so for those of you who don't know what a Coding Lead is keep on reading: The Coding Lead is responsible for creating the code that will be used for the robot. So I just create the code and assist with the computer/laptop thing. My main goal is to help the S.T.E.M team reach and win all the FIRST Competitions. That is all. Not that complicated,right?

    I've heard that we are using LabVIEW, have you any experience of it?
